<h6 id="preorder">What do I need before ordering from you?</h6>
<p>If you can find your current product code which is printed on the outside of the box or down the edge of your current forms then you can search directly on that code when you come to collateit.co.uk. Alternatively you can just search for the form name or just browse all the forms for your particular software.</p>
<h6 id="download">Can I download an order form?</h6>
<p>Yes. Download the <a href="http://static1.shopify.com/s/files/1/0002/0324/files/collateit_order_form_2009.pdf">mail order form</a> to order your compatible forms by email,fax or post.</p>
<h6 id="mistake">I made a mistake when ordering. What can I do?</h6>
<p>Call us immediately on 0844 3511398 and we’ll do our best to sort it out.</p>

<p>Yes. Just send us an email or call 0844 3511398 and we’ll pop some in the post to you.</p>

<p>Yes. We can’t list everything we do on the website but we supply all types of print from business cards to roller banners and have great designers who can create the mood which delivers your message.</p>

<p>Our accounts and payroll stationery is such good value for money because of the volume we supply. We ship hundreds of boxes every week and want to pass our savings on to you. All stationery is printed on the same quality material as the original and uses the original layout (to fit the software) but has a slightly different design. All stationery is tested on relevant printers and guaranteed to fit. If your not happy simply return the goods and we’ll either exchange or refund.</p>
<h6 id="problems">I’m having problems at the checkout can I pay offline/over the phone?</h6>
<p>Yes. Just select the <em>Pay Offline</em> option on the second page of the checkout and place your order. We’ll call you straight back to arrange payment over the phone.</p>

<h6 id="howlong">How long will my compatible forms take to arrive?</h6>
<p>Most orders placed before 3pm are delivered next working day by FedEx. Certain areas of the country like the highlands and islands which aren’t covered by parcel carrier may take up to 3 working days. If your at all unsure please call us prior to ordering.</p>

<p>Sorry, we don’t offer refunds on delivery charges.</p>
